Role: Servicenow developer

Location : Hyderabad or Pune

Work Mode: Onsite in client's location

Job Type: Contract (Permanent with Purview Services)

Exp : 7-8 years minimum

NOTE: Client will accept immediate joiners or maximum of one month

Essential Skillset/Experience:

• Experience of working on ServiceNow application development.
• Must have knowledge of Integration Hub and API integrations with ServiceNow.
• ServiceNow certification (CSA, CIS) is preferred.
• Demonstrated experience designing and developing process-based solutions. Demonstrated experience documenting user case processes and workflows.
• Ability to transform Business Requirement into Business Process. Proven analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent verbal, active listening, and written communications skills along
• with demonstrated facilitation skills. Effective and clear communication skills (written, oral and listening), with ability to describe complex technical scenarios in a concise manner... depending on the audience.
• Experience of IT Service Management
• An ability to communicate complex and technical issues to diverse audiences, orally and in writing, in an easily understood, authoritative, and actionable manner.
• Ability to orchestrate, manage, and successfully implement major procedural and technological change within a complex, global organisation
