Description:

• Provided leadership and direction across the Configuration management, Integrations, incident management and Support issues.
• Designed and implemented below Service-Now Custom solutions: Downstream impact Assessment application for Applications and business Services to be used by the configuration management team and Critical response team.
• Proposed change functionality for better impact assessment by the Change approvers and Change governance board & historic report ability.
• Changed management, workflow customization to accommodate the various compliance requirements.
• Identified and implemented new processes to improve the reliability, repeatability, and efficiency of Configuration Management.
• Worked with Configuration management stakeholders to identify and... implement business requirements.
• Responsible for Coordination with Command center and other stakeholders to continuously work on improving the processes and aligning to the best practices
