Job Requirements :

• Design, configure, and deployment of ServiceNow ITSM (IT Service Management) module leveraging industry best practices and standards.
• Good Architectural knowledge of software development and enterprise system design principles
• Work closely with business and IT teams to understand and meet user requirements.
• Provide technical and thought leadership in both system integration and application development, while also promoting best practices in these areas
• Good knowledge of ServiceNow ITSM module architecture and implementation principles.
• Create and improve functions like incident management, Change management, Problem management modules
• Work with creating and maintaining... business required SLA's and OLA's
• Develop system integrations and process automation within ServiceNow.
• Perform system and integration testing with sample and live data.
• Monitor health, usage, and overall compliance of the ServiceNow platform.
• Coordinate ServiceNow application and platform upgrades.
• Demonstrated technical capability in custom development for ServiceNow modules like ITOM, ITSM and Service Portal is an added advantage
