Responsibilities:

  • Architectural Design and Implementation:
  • Design and implement medium to large-scale ServiceNow solutions aligning with organizational goals.
  • Demonstrate expertise in architecting robust and scalable solutions on the ServiceNow platform.
  • Specialized Knowledge:
  • Possess deep knowledge in Integration Hub, App Engine, JEA, and CSDM models.
  • Leverage expertise to enhance and optimize ServiceNow implementations.
  • Integration Expertise:
  • Lead integration efforts between ServiceNow and other SAAS products.
  • Utilize various integration methods, including REST, hub and spoke model, and packaged solutions.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as a ServiceNow Architect with a focus on medium to large-scale implementations.
  • ServiceNow Certifications:
  • ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) and Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS) certifications.

Technical Skills:

  • Deep understanding of ServiceNow modules, features, and capabilities.
  • Proficient in... scripting languages such as JavaScript and GlideScript.

Integration Experience:

  • Proven experience in integrating ServiceNow with other SAAS products.
  • Familiarity with integration methods including REST, hub and spoke model, and packaged solutions
