At The Wise Seeker we are looking for ServiceNow Developer ITOM with focus on Discovery and Service Mapping applications to join a major client in the technology sector.

Functions

• Implementing ServiceNow ITOM, with a focus on Discovery and Service Mapping applications.
• Managing CMDB and associated processes, OOB class structure, and CSDM process.
• Providing overall expertise in the ServiceNow Platform, including application development, integrations, and enhancements.
• Designing solutions for new requirements and integrations, offering recommendations and best practices.
• Identifying and addressing gaps in existing solutions, driving improvements as needed.
• Mentoring and guiding team members.
• Stakeholder management.

Requirements

• Minimum Education: Graduate.
• Specific Specialties: Certified in CIS Discovery, CIS Service Mapping, ITIL Certified.
• Minimum Experience: 4 years.
• Experience in large-scale organizations managing... multiple Service Management tools.
