Job Title: ServiceNow Architect - Ambassador Program Consultant

Overview: Join our rapidly expanding Advisory & Consulting services practice as a ServiceNow Architect Consultant. You'll play a pivotal role in assisting us with scoping calls, proposal development, and providing consulting and advisory services to clients. Once engagements are awarded, you'll step in to support customers with... migration, implementation, upgrades, and other ServiceNow initiatives. This role offers the flexibility of working on an as-needed/part-time basis, allowing you to tailor your involvement to fit your current schedule. With a client base of over 600 organizations spanning various industries nationwide, the opportunities for impactful contributions are boundless.

Responsibilities:

• Scoping Calls and Proposals:
• Collaborate with our sales and account management teams to participate in scoping calls with potential clients.
• Assist in the development of proposals by providing insights, recommendations, and technical expertise related to ServiceNow solutions.
• Consulting and Advisory Work:
• Provide consulting and advisory services to clients on ServiceNow-related initiatives, including migration strategies, implementation planning, and optimization opportunities.
• Serve as a trusted advisor, offering guidance and recommendations based on best practices and industry standards.
• Engagement Support:
• Collaborate with project teams to support customers with ServiceNow migration, implementation, upgrades, and other initiatives.
• Act as a subject matter expert, offering technical guidance, troubleshooting support, and solution recommendations as needed.
• Client Relationship Management:
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their unique needs and objectives.
• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by delivering exceptional service and value throughout the engagement lifecycle.

Qualifications:

• Extensive experience as a ServiceNow Architect, with a strong understanding of ServiceNow platform capabilities, modules, and best practices.
• Proven track record of success in scoping, designing, and implementing ServiceNow solutions for clients across various industries.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage with stakeholders at all levels of an organization.
• Experience in consulting or advisory roles, providing strategic guidance and recommendations to clients.
• ServiceNow certifications, such as Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS), Certified Application Developer (CAD), or Certified System Administrator (CSA), preferred.
• Ability to work on an as-needed/part-time basis, with flexibility to accommodate varying project schedules and demands.

Location: This position offers remote work opportunities, with occasional travel to client sites as needed.
