Key Responsibilities:

• engineer and configure ServiceNow to automate internal Information Technology Infrastructure Library (ITIL) processes
• of how to optimize the ServiceNow data model and structures, proposing and enforcing coding standards and convention across the development teams.
• to work in Agile teams comprising of a Business Analyst, Developers, Project Manager, and Clients.
• excellent communicator with the ability to talk on a process level with clients and manage the direction of a distributed development team.
• Stand Ups with customers - Back Log refinement as needed - Work with Developers to review stories.

Qualifications:

• years of architecture experience required
• have ITBM/ITSM experience. HRSD, CSM, and ITAM preferred.
• have a strong background of ServiceNow development
• Certified System Administrator
• Certified Implementation Specialist – required
• Citizen/Green Card Only
