Job Description:
ServiceNow BCM Architect
Mode - Remote
Work Type - Fulltime
Academic and Professional Experience
8+ years of relevant development experience with ServiceNow required.
4+ years of experience in working in IRM domain, out of which minimum 2 years in the role of BCM Architect
Certification as ServiceNow System certified administration
Certified Implementation Specialist – Risk and Compliance.
Certified Business Continuity Manager Implementer
ITIL Foundations certification is preferred.
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Must Have Experience
Understanding of IRM domain and its fundamentals.
Solutioning and Designing the IRM solution using industry best practices.
Experience with SN IRM design, architecture, and implementations with a fair understanding of ServiceNow IRM model, plugins, and accelerators.
Well versed with BCM process, including its goals, objectives, components, and KPIs
Should be able to create solution design a Business Impact Analysis, Business Continuity Plan, and Disaster Recovery Plan utilizing a customer's existing business continuity information.
Experience in doing entity scoping exercise.
Hands-on development to include creation, configuration and customization of policies, controls, indicators, risk frameworks, audit test plans, attestation, and assessments etc.
Design and modify ServiceNow forms, workflows, scripts, transform maps, reports, dashboards, and business rules
Configuring portals.
Must have led at least one major implementation of ServiceNow GRC - BCM
Experience in multiple ServiceNow implementations
Lead the configuration and customization of ServiceNow instances.
Good to have Experience
Understanding of various regulations like GDPR, ISO etc.
Experience in application architecture, infrastructure architecture, database architecture, networking, and distributed systems
Well-versed in modern web technologies and cloud computing architectural principles for cloud-based platforms that include SaaS, PaaS, multi-tenancy, and automation
Familiar with scripting technology such as JavaScript, Angular JS and Jelly.
Experience of custom applications development
Experience in working on Performance Analytics
Design and modification of ServiceNow Service Portal.
Domain Separation and designing the Process and data flow within various domains
Knowledge of LDAP/Active Directory/SSO.
Review existing set up and provide best practice recommendations in line with the OEM
Monitor health, usage, and compliance of ServiceNow systems.
Excellent knowledge of ServiceNow Best Practices and ongoing knowledge of latest ServiceNow features.
Experience with HTML coding and Jelly script strongly preferred.
Experience with scripting in ServiceNow (Business Rules, UI Pages, UI Macros, etc.)
Excellent collaboration skills including analysis, brainstorming, communication, teamwork.
Self-starter and innovator.
