ServiceNow Transformation Lead

A leading ServiceNow Partner is seeking a skilled transformation leader to head a major ServiceNow integration for an on-premises implementation of various ServiceNow modules. You'll work directly with stakeholders, product owners, and SMEs to successfully create innovative Now-based development programs to ensure the delivery of the highest quality product and business services.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Develop and maintain the project work plan, monitoring progress and addressing issues, including platform support.
• Provide regular updates to all stakeholders to keep them apprised of progress.
• Collaborate with customers and the change team to create effective solutions.
• Continuously improve the delivery of product and business service.
• Enforce service management standards within the support and change teams.
• Work with product owners and SMEs to ensure the change team precisely interprets project objectives.
• Oversee project portfolio progress by analyzing... epics and backlogs.
• Collaborate with stakeholders, project leads, and architects to effectively resolve issues and maintain project momentum.
• Effectively prioritize tasks within the ServiceNow change program by communicating interdependencies within projects.

Background and Experience Requirements

• Experience successfully managing and implementing ServiceNow projects.
• Eligibility for security clearance up to at least SC level.
• Experience managing teams across multiple locations.
• Knowledge of ITIL processes including Incident, Change, and Problem Management.
• Strong commitment to a customer-centric approach in all tasks.
• Excellent interpersonal skills to foster relationships at all levels.
• Strong leadership and team building capabilities, with the ability to manage diverse, multidisciplinary teams.
• The ability to communicate complex information clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders, including executive levels.
