We are seeking a ServiceNow Implementation Lead to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for leading the design and implementation of ServiceNow solutions, aligning with business objectives and best practices. The ideal candidate will have a working knowledge of the ServiceNow platform for major modules such as TSOM, TSM (including customization), ITSM, and custom-scoped applications. You should also have experience working in the telecommunications industry and implementing ServiceNow in the telecommunications domain.

In addition, as our Lead, you will be responsible for configuring and customizing ServiceNow, including workflows using Flow Designer, the creation of custom applications, and hands-on experience with Service Management tools to enhance and optimize ServiceNow implementations. You'll collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze business requirements and develop effective solutions.

Requirements:

  • In-depth knowledge of ServiceNow platform... capabilities and modules
  • Experience with ServiceNow integration methodologies
  • Hands-on experience in TSOM, TSM, and IT Service Management (ITSM) processes
  • Certified CIS professional
