We are currently hiring for ServiceNow Developer(ITOM) which is in Pune Location.

It is Contract-to-hire but a long-term Project.

Here is the Job Description for the Requirement,

Role & responsibilities

• Lead the design and implementation of IT Asset Management processes within the ServiceNow platform.
• Configure ServiceNow ITAM modules to meet the organization's requirements.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and define ITAM policies and procedures.
• Develop and maintain integrations between ServiceNow ITAM and other systems (e.g., CMDB, procurement systems).
• Provide guidance and support to IT and business teams on ITAM best practices and procedures.
• Conduct regular audits and reviews of IT assets to ensure compliance with organizational policies and regulatory requirements.
• Monitor and report on key ITAM metrics and KPIs.
• Identify opportunities for process... improvements and automation within the ITAM function.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in IT Asset Management and ServiceNow platform capabilities.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
• years of experience in IT Asset Management, with a focus on ServiceNow platform.
• ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS) in IT Asset Management certification preferred.
• Proficiency in ServiceNow ITAM modules and related technologies.
• Strong understanding of ITAM processes, including asset lifecycle management, software license management, and procurement.
• Experience in configuring and customizing ServiceNow platform to meet business requirements.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Proven ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
