Overview:

We are seeking a skilled ServiceNow Administrator/Consultant to join our dynamic IT team. This remote position offers the flexibility to work from anywhere, providing an excellent opportunity for those who thrive in a work-from-home environment. You will be instrumental in configuring, administering, and enhancing our ServiceNow platform, ensuring optimal performance and alignment with our business objectives.

Responsibilities:

• Configure, manage, and maintain the ServiceNow platform to meet business requirements.
• Develop, test, and deploy new applications and modules within ServiceNow.
• Provide expert consulting services to internal stakeholders, understanding their needs and translating them into effective ServiceNow solutions.
• Manage system upgrades and ensure that customizations are maintained through platform updates.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues to ensure high availability... and performance of the ServiceNow instance.
• Create and maintain documentation on processes, policies, application configuration, and help-related materials for users as database applications are developed.
• Assist with integration efforts with other enterprise systems and third-party services.
• Conduct regular system audits to ensure complete compliance with security standards and practices.
• Offer training and support to ServiceNow users across the organization.
• Stay current with ServiceNow capabilities and updates to recommend process improvements.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a ServiceNow Administrator and/or Consultant.
• In-depth knowledge of ServiceNow configuration, administration, and development.
• Strong understanding of ITIL processes.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to provide efficient, timely, reliable, and courteous service to customers.
• Ability to work independently in a fully remote setting.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills, capable of working effectively in a dynamic team environment.
