POSITION: ServiceNow Team Lead

SALARY: up to €120,000

LOCATION: Germany - Remote

CLIENT:

An award-winning ServiceNow implementation Partner is looking for a Team Lead to join them. You will be joining their DACH team.

ROLE:

• You will be responsible for the scheduling of team members, scheduling of projects, opportunities and internal tasks linked to the team.
• You will be accountable for Utilization of Team members (billable vs non-billable), for team chargeability and for demand and supply.
• You will get to be part of... the Recruiting (interview) / onboarding of new team members, On- and offboarding of team members (Employer, Project or Role related).
• You will take responsibility for the delivery management of the customers of the team, as well as the prevention, solving and de-escalation of issues in delivery.
• You will have to ensure that your hit their KPIs in line with the long-term of the organisational growth.
• You will work hand in hand with your team to ensure their growth and transfer of knowledge within the team.

CANDIDATE:

• 3+ years of experience in Management-related roles.
• 5+ Experience with implementing ServiceNow.
• Understanding of Pre-sales and project management.
• Proficiency in both English and German is essential.
