ServiceNow Architect - Fully remote role - Germany

We are delighted to be working with a ServiceNow elite partner in their innovative approach of digital services within the DACH region. They are looking to expand their team due to high customer demand, offering extensive opportunity for clear progression towards expert-level end user competency (ServiceNow, ITSM, ITOM, CSM etc). Whilst working closely alongside multiple certified ServiceNow and IT professionals on large scale implementation projects.

Position Overview:

We are seeking a talented and experienced ServiceNow Architect to join our team in Germany. As a ServiceNow Architect, you will play a crucial role in designing and implementing ServiceNow solutions that meet the evolving needs of our clients. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand requirements, architect solutions, and ensure successful implementation and integration of ServiceNow platforms.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with clients to... understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions using ServiceNow platform capabilities.
• Design and architect end-to-end solutions on the ServiceNow platform, ensuring scalability, performance, and reliability.
• Lead and guide technical teams in the implementation, configuration, and customization of ServiceNow modules.
• Provide expertise in integrations between ServiceNow and other enterprise systems, ensuring seamless data flow and interoperability.
• Stay updated on the latest ServiceNow features, functionalities, and industry trends to provide innovative solutions to clients.

Requirements:

• Proven experience working as a ServiceNow Architect, designing and implementing solutions on the ServiceNow platform.
• Strong understanding of IT Service Management (ITSM) processes and best practices.
• Expertise in configuring and customizing various ServiceNow modules such as Incident Management, Change Management, CMDB, and Service Catalog.
• Experience with ServiceNow scripting (JavaScript, Glide API) and integrations using REST/SOAP web services.
• Fluency in German is required.
