- Minimum of 5 years working as a Service Now Developer.
- Developer experience in the Service Now tool (JavaScript knowledge required).
- Excellent written and verbal skills. Must be able to communicate well with all areas of the business.
- A fundamental understanding of ITSM, ITIL or CMDB, Service Catalog
- Experience in Web technologies (Web Services, XML, Ajax, HTML, CSS).
- Experience working with CMDB (configuration management database)
- Knows how to translate business problems into software & technical requirements
- Core Service Now ITSM tool Knowledge (Administrator/Development) (Min 5 yrs. core experience in the tool)
- Solid Experience with Linux and fundamental internet services (DNS, mail, Apache/Tomcat)
- Experience with Web Technologies (XML, HTML, JavaScript, Web Services, http, etc.)
- Exposure in component integration (SSO,LDAP etc.)
- Experience in Application UI, Work flow Configuration
- Working knowledge of Perl/Python/JavaScript is desired
- Knowledge on... Version upgrade, deployment.
Domain Knowledge Required For ServiceNow Developer
- Strong ITIL V3 knowledge (Minimum ITIL foundation certification preferred)
- Certified in ServiceNow CSA (Minimum)
- Exposure to Cloud technologies desired
- Excellent English Communication/Presentation skills (Oral & Written).
