ServiceNow Developer

Job Description for ServiceNow developer:

• He/she is responsible for working to develop, design and own technical solutions on the ServiceNow platform.
• Will provide Training for administration, application development, maintenance, and technical support.
• Configure / Customize robust solutions to the client utilizing the ServiceNow platform and web programming techniques.
• Provide software coding and customization including, but not limited to: screen tailoring, workflow administration, report setup, data imports, integration, scripting, third party software integrations, and custom application development.
• Update and maintain a comprehensive testing protocol for ServiceNow instance upgrades with the purpose of certifying all applications for use after the upgrade completes.
• Obtain and analyse/interpret business requirements to purpose sustainable solutions in ServiceNow.
• Answer “how to” technical and application configuration questions.
• Develop, maintain, and execute... reports to ensure system operation meets performance targets.
• Basic understanding of testing concepts, testing standards and best practices
• Complete other duties as assigned.

Language Skills Required : JavaScript, C, C++, Java

Skill: HTML, CSS, jQuery, Angular JS.

Degree (preferably): BCA, BSc (IT), BTech (CS), BE (CS)

Location : Mumbai (on-site only)

Experience - between 3 to 5 years
