Must-Have

ITSM,ITOM,Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making capabilities

Good-to-Have

Experience within service management platforms (preferably ServiceNow), including CMDB, workflows, and form design.

Role descriptions / Expectations from the Role

• Develop and implement solutions for ServiceNow ITSM -Incident,Problem,change,knowledge,service catalog and service portal
• Move configuration and development changes from Dev to Test to Prod using SN update sets.
• Develop small standalone SN tools and dashboards to support ITSM and Project Management workflows.
• Create and configure workflows... based on the business requirements and best practices
