Software Engineer - ServiceNow Developer

Roles and Responsibilities:

HRSD:

• Designing and implementing solutions using the ServiceNow HR Service Delivery (HRSD) application.
• Demonstrating expertise in HR functions, processes, and best practices.
• Implementing Case Management and Knowledge Management best practices.
• Designing and/or implementing an HR Shared Services center.
• Integrating HRSD with external systems using REST and Web services.

CSM:

• Implementing standard CSM processes in ServiceNow.
• Demonstrating in-depth process knowledge in CSM and related integrations.
• Integrating ServiceNow with third-party tools using various integration methods.
• Understanding and implementing proactive customer service operations, predictive intelligence, and continual improvement management.

FSM:

• Working with the Field Service Management (FSM) application for work order management, scheduling, and dispatch.
• Configuring... Field Agent activities for both mobile and desktop platforms.
• Setting up Field Service Business Processes, Assignments, and Add-ons.
• Optimizing scheduling, dispatch, and inventory operations.
• Integrating FSM with other applications and data sources.
• Applying knowledge of field service industry best practices.

Skills Required:

• Proficiency in ServiceNow platform, particularly in HRSD, CSM, and FSM modules.
• Strong understanding of IT Service Management (ITSM) and related processes.
• Experience with ServiceNow integrations using REST, SOAP, email, and other methods.
• Knowledge of Case Management and Knowledge Management best practices.
• Ability to design and implement solutions for HR functions.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Education:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
• Certification in ServiceNow Administration and/or Development is preferred
