Job Title: Integration Developer/Specialist

About the Role:

Location: Bangalore - hybrid

Summary:

Integration SME is responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining integrations b/W ITSM Platform and any other 3rd party tool (Any CRM Platform, Ticketing tool, Any platform which supports API or Middleware based integration. ITSM platform could be FW, SN, Remedy or any other tool which supports Web services API (Rest, SOAP).

Key Responsibilities:

• Strong analytical skills, ability to solve problems, excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to do well in a high-pressure environment
• Resolve and manage requests from API customers regarding programming interfaces, including inbound/outbound API’s call using required tool and technologies during customer development and maintenance phase
• Create and maintain technical design documents and... requirements including workflow design of company’s API’s
• Participate in design and planning meetings with company’s API customer Programmers and Systems Architect
• Working knowledge of SOAP UI tool, POSTman Tool for analyzing and resolving support issues
• Advance skills in XML, XSD, SOAP, Restful API design and architecture, Java, JavaScript, and Webservices
• Customer onboarding by providing required authorization and access to API’s using company proprietary tools
• Design, develop and maintain API integration solutions
• Resolve and manage requests from API customers regarding programming interfaces, including inbound/outbound API’s call using required tool and technologies during the customer development and maintenance phase
• Understanding of SQL, GraphQL, XML, JSON and JSON path is preferred.
• Software Debugging Skills
• Analyze, design, develop, as well as implement RESTful services and APIs
• Implement, integrate and document a variety of software platforms through the REST API framework
• Modify existing programs, prepare test data and functional specifications.
• Implement common APIs based on architecture guidelines and frameworks.
