Key Responsibilities:
- Lead a team of ServiceNow developers and administrators, providing guidance, support, and mentorship.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements for ServiceNow projects.
- Design, develop, and implement ServiceNow solutions to meet business needs, ensuring adherence to best practices and standards.
- Manage the full lifecycle of ServiceNow projects, from planning and design to deployment and maintenance.
- Ensure the quality, performance, and scalability of ServiceNow solutions.
- Provide technical expertise and support to resolve complex issues and challenges.
- Stay current with ServiceNow technologies, trends, and best practices, and recommend improvements and enhancements.
- Foster a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement within the ServiceNow team.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related field.
- 8+ years of experience in ServiceNow... development and administration.
- 3+ years of experience in team leadership or management.
- Strong knowledge of ServiceNow platform architecture, components, and integrations.
- Hands-on experience with ServiceNow development tools, including Scripting, Workflows, Forms, UI Policies, and ACLs.
- Experience with ServiceNow modules such as IT Service Management (ITSM), IT Operations Management (ITOM), and IT Business Management (ITBM).
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
- Ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
- ServiceNow certifications (e.g., Certified System Administrator, Certified Application Developer) preferred
