Job Description
Solugenix is looking for a ServiceNow Developer who will develop ServiceNow Solutions. This is an exciting opportunity for a hands-on developer with the ability to understand the client requirements, build the solution, walkthrough the solution with the clients.
We are looking for individuals who have strong technical skills, great communication skills and can work with multiple clients based in USA, know how to develop, and deliver, are deeply technical, highly innovative, and long for the opportunity to build pioneering solutions to challenging problems in ServiceNow ecosystem.
You will deliver professional software engineering and ServiceNow best practices for the full end-to-end implementation of ServiceNow solutions to clients. Candidates must have the ability to take a project from scoping... requirements through actual launch and support of ServiceNow solutions.
Mandatory Skills
- 2+ years of experience in ServiceNow Implementation Projects. Passtionate about technologies and ServiceNow in particular.
- Involve as developer in multiple ServiceNow projects.
- Coordinate with client and team members and ensure there are no gaps in understanding the requirements.
- Understand the functional and technical requirements of the application.
- Discuss with the client every day, understand and document the requirements. Develop solutions accordingly.
- Partcipate in SCRUM meetings every day. Implement SCRUM practices in the team.
- Work with the QA team. Ensure there are no gaps between the QA team and Dev team.
- Excellent communication and analytical skills
Desired Skills
- Strong experience in ServiceNow platform - any one of - ITSM, CSM, ITOM, FSM, PPM, HRSD
Education & Certifications
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science or related discipline
- Certifications in ServiceNow – CSA, CAD or CIS will be plus
