ServiceNow Developer - CMDB Module

Must-Have Work on implementation, operation, and maintenance of one or more major CMDB products. Work on asset/CI discovery tools, both agent-based and agentless. Evaluate tools used for discovery coverage and frequency/value of data updates. Analyze variety of CMDB / ITAM Discovery data and create reports to identify existing data quality issues for remediation. Work on CMDB tool such as ServiceNow to pull data exports, create dashboards, update data attributes using admin access. Work on implementation, operation, and maintenance of one or more major CMDB products. Map data sources against schema and use cases. Identify integration gaps. Work on asset/CI discovery tools, both agent-based and agentless. Evaluate tools used for discovery coverage and frequency/value of data updates.

Qualifications Bachelor's/Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field. 3+ years of hands-on experience in ServiceNow platform development, with a. focus on CMDB... implementation and customization. Strong understanding of ITIL principles and practices, particularly in Configuration Management. Proficiency in JavaScript, GlideScript, and other scripting languages used in ServiceNow development. Experience with ServiceNow Discovery, Service Mapping, and other related modules. Solid understanding of relational databases and data modeling concepts. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail. Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
