Responsibilities:**
- Act as a technical leader across all aspects of ServiceNow project and solution delivery
- Provide guidance and expertise on IT Service Management (ITSM) process implementation, including understanding the connectivity to IT Operations Management (ITOM) and IT Asset Management (ITAM) processes
- Lead client design sessions, facilitate requirements workshops, and interact with functional and/or business process area subject matter resources
- Provide insights and recommendations on how ServiceNow aligns with and can support specific business objectives
- Support project and agile scrum management activities
- Oversee application and workflow design, configuration, and testing
- Develop client-specific reporting processes and integration components
- Provide trusted advice on how digital transformation and technology enablement can lead to improved performance
- *Qualifications:**
- Bachelor's degree, preferably in Computer Science, Information Systems Management, Engineering, or similar discipline; supported by experience in a similar technical environment
- 5+ years of ServiceNow project experience
- ITIL v4 foundation certification
- Experience leading teams and supervising others
- Customer-focused approach to work, with ability to translate often-complex requirements into decisive digital platform strategies
- Confidence to build lasting relationships and influence senior colleagues and clients from a wide range of backgrounds
- Driver's license valid in the U.S.
- Ability to travel to meet client needs

- Comprehensive compensation and benefits package
- Salary range: $128,400 to $235,400 (or $154,100 to $267,500 in select geographic locations)
