• BPC to lead workshop sessions, story documentation, grooming for a PPM Intake Management (managing new intake/request, queue and task management using Project/Project tasks, and time spent) based on business criteria. Customer team is not technical; will need BPC to weigh in and help them deal with the new business process.
• 10 weeks engagement, estimating 16-20 hours for 2 weeks during workshop and story writing/grooming and rest 6-8 hours/week
