Overview: EY is a global leader in assurance, tax, transaction, and advisory services, and we're looking for a talented ServiceNow Senior Consultant to join our Human Resources projects team. As a senior consultant, you'll play a key role in delivering innovative solutions to our clients, leveraging your expertise in HR ServiceNow to drive digital transformation and technology enablement... Responsibilities:**

• Act as a lead across all aspects of ServiceNow HR project and solution delivery
• Oversee application and workflow configuration
• Support the iterative configuration of the HRSD application, engage stakeholders to conduct reviews through joint design sessions
• Work closely with ServiceNow technical teams to set up the SaaS Platform and assist with executing system validation and ensuring deployment of HRSD build into production system
• Provide trusted advice on how digital transformation and technology enablement can lead to improved performance
• *Qualifications:**
• A bachelor's degree, preferably in Computer Science, Information Systems Management, Engineering or similar discipline; supported by experience in a similar technical environment
• 3+ years of ServiceNow technical experience
• Experience delivering large scale ServiceNow engagements or complex IT engagements and working with client stakeholders to document baseline current state HR Service Delivery operations
• Proficient in understanding of HR best practices related to ServiceNow HRSD and technical components including Case and Knowledge configuration in HRSD
• Hands-on experience in HR Service Creation, configuring Case Management, Employee Service Center, Enterprise Transition & Onboarding
• Willingness and ability to travel to meet client needs
• A driver's license valid in the U.S.
• 3+ years of additional relevant work experience (ideally)

• Salary range: $90,600 to $166,100 (most geographic locations in the US) or $108,700 to $188,700 (New York City Metro Area, Washington State, and California)
