Responsibilities:

  • Developing in all ITSM functions within ServiceNow, including Incident, Problem, Change, Request and Service Catalog
  • Building a Service Catalog including individual record producers...
  • Creating Workflows, Approval and Assignment Rules
  • Collaborate with business and technical personnel to build solutions that mirror best practice and solve for business challenges
  • Must be able to work within current ITSM governance and controls

Requirements:

  • Prior experience as a ServiceNow Administrator and Developer
  • Experience in multiple development languages
  • Strong knowledge of ServiceNow ITSM and ITOM
  • Experience working in Cloud/Agile environments
  • Must develop the ITSM strategy using best practices and meeting high standards
  • Current ServiceNow CSA and/or CAD certifications a plus
