Responsibilities:
- Developing in all ITSM functions within ServiceNow, including Incident, Problem, Change, Request and Service Catalog
- Building a Service Catalog including individual record producers...
- Creating Workflows, Approval and Assignment Rules
- Collaborate with business and technical personnel to build solutions that mirror best practice and solve for business challenges
- Must be able to work within current ITSM governance and controls
Requirements:
- Prior experience as a ServiceNow Administrator and Developer
- Experience in multiple development languages
- Strong knowledge of ServiceNow ITSM and ITOM
- Experience working in Cloud/Agile environments
- Must develop the ITSM strategy using best practices and meeting high standards
- Current ServiceNow CSA and/or CAD certifications a plus
