In this role, you'll be at the forefront of IT Service Management (ITSM), working within the dynamic ServiceNow platform. Your responsibilities will include developing across all ITSM functions, crafting a robust Service Catalog, creating workflows, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver top-notch solutions.

What we're looking for:

• Proven experience as a ServiceNow Administrator and Developer.
• Proficiency in multiple development languages.
• Strong knowledge of ServiceNow ITSM and IT Operations Management (ITOM).
• Experience in Cloud and Agile environments.
• Ability to develop ITSM strategies using industry best practices.

Bonus points if you hold current ServiceNow CSA and/or CAD certifications!
