Senior ServiceNow Functional Consultant

About the Role

This is a MELBOURNE ONLY based opportunity. Looking for a ServiceNow Consultant to join a large Government organisation providing Techno/Functional expertise to grow their current platform and expand capabilities across other business lines.

Responsibilities will include:

• Providing Application and Software Support/Disaster Recovery
• implementing Application Strategy, Architectural Design, Developing and Maintaining System Documentation
• Providing Incident and Problem Management with great experience in Project Delivery and Vendor Management
• Providing technical support to third party developers and customers
• Providing knowledge transfer to others internally and externally

About You

You're a a confident... individual with extensive experience in driving system adoption and user satisfaction based solutions. You have the ability to multitask and ensure ServiceNow solutions are aligned with business requirements. The ideal candidate will have the following skills:

• Demonstrated experience working with ServiceNow as a Techno/Functional consultant with some development expertise
• Solid experience providing hands-on technical support and implementation of new modules, configurations, and enhancements
• Knowledge of SNOW connectors
• JavaScript, HTML, CSS experience preferred
• Excellent verbal, written communication skills, and having the ability to engage with Non-Technical and Technical stakeholders and vendors
• Ability to display independent thinking and perform with confidence even when priorities or goals change

Desirable skills:

• Providing application support for the following (Salesforce, MuleSoft, Chris21, Great Plains/Business Central, MS PowerBI and PowerApps
• ServiceNow Admin and Developer certifications
• ITIL certified
