• The position will be responsible to develop components within Servicenow
• Help the integration owners in converting system integration from Remedy to Servicenow
• Configure the ServiceNow instance for ITSM change, incident, service request management and CMDB.
• Interact with business & technology stakeholders to gather to requirements, design & develop the applications

Requirement:

• Extensive experience with ServiceNow (7+ years) with a deep subject matter expertise on ITSM (IT Service Management) modules
• Change management, Incident management, CMDB, Service Request management & Asset management
• Proficiency in developing applications, workflows, integrations within ServiceNow platform.
• Experience with Integrations with third party systems using REST APIs, Integration hub experience.
• Experience with setting business rules, client scripts, UI policies, UI actions, script includes.
• Flow designer experience for automating processes.
• Proficiency in scripting languages (Javascript, Glide)
• Experience with ATFs
• Excellent communication skills
• ServiceNow certifications

Rate range -$50-$55
