JOB DESCRIPTION:

PROJECT INFORMATION:

• Main focus is on finalizing the rollout of HRSD to 2 more COEs, migration of knowledge content, virtual agent, CHRO reporting.
• Heavy focus on new AI related features being rolled out on Platform
• Understanding of ServiceNow SPM for Demand, Idea, Resource Management, and PPM are a plus as the team is adopting those as well.

PRINCIPAL RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Strategic planning, solution design, and maintaining a Product roadmap to ensure the future direction of the platform aligns with overarching business and growl goals.
• Define technical governance and data management strategies with the development team, align development standards with technical governance and industry best practices.
• Guide development team in crafting innovative solutions within ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, SPM, GRC, and SecOps, ensure project deliverables match the highest quality and efficiency standards.
• Direct interface with key business stakeholders, engage with IT and Functional (Business) leads and executives, ensuring the Platform aligns to business objects and is delivering expected value.
• Ensure platform stability, robustness, and long-term maintainability, foresee and address potential challenges, ensure the Platform remains Agile, robust, and easy to adapt as the business evolves.
• Creates and maintain technical documentation in Knowledge Base.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

• 8 years experience working on the Platform in progressively senior roles.
• 6 years experience building or maintaining Rest APIs.
• 6 years experience with web-based development languages (JavaScript, HTML, CSS, AJAX, HTTP, XML).
• 6 years experience with SQL and relational databases.
• 4 years experience with IT Service Management (ITSM) and IT Operations Management (ITOM) modules.
• 2 years experience with HR Service Delivery (HRSD)
• Experience with Strategic Portfolio Management (SPM).
• 4 years experience architecting complex solutions on the ServiceNow Platform.
• 4 additional ServiceNow certifications (not micro-certs).
• Proven experience leading and guiding cross-functional teams in successful delivery of ServiceNow projects.
• Ability to interact effectively with C-level executives and stakeholders.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

• ServiceNow Certified Technical Architect, Certified ServiceNow Developer, Certified ServiceNow Admin.
• Experience with Agile / Scrum methodology.
• ITIL v4 certification.
