Job Description

Candidate must have at least 12+ years of overall ServiceNow experience

Hands-on design, development and deployment experience with the Service-now platform

ServiceNow implementation experience in ITSM modules (Incident, Problem, Change, CMDB & Asset)

well versed with ServiceNow scripting

Candidate must have 4+ years of ServiceNow CMDB configurations and CSDM 4.0 Framework

Good knowledge of CMDB configurations and CSDM 4.0 Framework

Working experience in Service Maps

Experience in writing custom patterns

Must have good communication skills

Must have team handling experience
