Job Description:

• ServiceNow Solution Architect / Platform Architect
• 5+ years experience performing as a ServiceNow Solutions Architect
• ServiceNow Certifications: CSA, CAD and at least one mainline implementation certification (ITSM, CSM, HRSD, FSM, etc)
• Good presentation skills. Comfortable presenting architecture and solutions in front of customers.
• Familiar with ServiceNow platform best practices for configuring and implementing complex business processes on the platform.
• Extensive knowledge of CMDB and fundamental platform capabilities (ITSM processes, flow designer, knowledge bases, portal architecture).
• Able to build architectural flow diagrams for ServiceNow solutions with integration touchpoints and data flows.
• Familiar with integration frameworks such as REST API, data imports, JDBC/ODBC, OAuth and SSO.
• Telecommunications experience is a plus.

Job Type: Contract

Pay: $95.00 - $100.00 per hour

Schedule:

• 8 hour shift
