Job Description:

• ServiceNow Solutions Architect / TSM Functional Architect
• 2+ years experience as a Solution Architect or 3+ years experience as a CSM Implementation Specialist
• CSM Certified Implementation Specialist
• Familiar with TSM, TSOM, OMT & TMF protocols (Telecommunications framework)
• Able to present and speak effectively about ServiceNow platform architecture.
• Familiar with ServiceNow best practices
• Able to build and present CSM/TSM functional architecture flow diagrams for the ServiceNow Platform

Job Type: Contract

Pay: $85.00 - $90.00 per hour

Schedule:

• 8 hour shift

Work Location: Remote
