Responsibilities: Design, develop, and deploy solutions on the ServiceNow platform. Implement and customize ServiceNow ITSM modules, including Incident, Problem, Change, CMDB, and Asset Management. Configure CMDB and adhere to the CSDM 4.0 Framework for effective data management. Develop and maintain ServiceNow scripts to automate processes and enhance platform functionality. Create custom patterns and resolve Discovery issues to ensure accurate infrastructure visibility. Collaborate with various infrastructure teams to coordinate Discovery activities and resolve issues. Lead a team of ServiceNow developers and provide guidance on best practices and standards. Communicate effectively with stakeholders to gather requirements and provide updates on project progress. Ensure adherence to ServiceNow development best practices and coding standards. Provide mentorship and support to junior team members. Requirements: Minimum of 12+ years of overall ServiceNow experience. Extensive hands-on experience with ServiceNow design, development, and deployment. In-depth knowledge of ServiceNow ITSM modules, including Incident, Problem, Change, CMDB, and Asset Management. Proficiency in ServiceNow scripting languages (JavaScript, Glide, etc.). Strong understanding of CMDB configurations and experience with the CSDM 4.0 Framework. Experience with Service Maps and custom pattern writing. bility to resolve Discovery issues and coordinate activities with various infrastructure teams. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. Experience in team management and leadership. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field (preferred).
