Responsibilities

• Lead architecture initiatives by working closely with finance stakeholders.
• Run customer workshops.
• Communicate the business needs effectively to the technical architect and ServiceNow team.

Qualifications

• 5+ years' of relevant ServiceNow experience
• Advanced knowledge of leading architecture solutions in IIRM.
• Specialist knowledge of IRM user stories, issue management tools, risk and compliance.
• Must be a fluent English speaker
• Able to commit to travel to New Jersey
• Urgent staffing need - interviewing from 6th May.
