Role: Servicenow ITOM Lead Resource Required: 1

• Minimum 6 years of experience in ServiceNow platform including analysis, design, development, and integration with external tools
• CMDB experience is a must (good understanding of CI class, Reconciliation rules, normalization rules)
• Experience in ServiceNow integration with external systems (Ex: Qualys, SCCM)
• Experience in designing and developing ServiceNow solutions that include IT Service Management ServiceNow JavaScript API
• Ability to consume multiple web services/imports and utilize their information throughout ServiceNow
• Experience in designing and developing ServiceNow solutions that include ServiceNow Scripting, workflows, etc.
• Experience deploying and managing ServiceNow MID servers
• Experience in integrating ServiceNow with monitoring solutions, AWS, and Azure AD preferred
• Experience in ServiceNow upgrades, testing, update set... management, system clones
• Effectively manage multiple projects concurrently while maintaining a high level of attention to detail on each project
• Adaptable to change and able to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong problem analysis skills to include the use of mathematical concepts to validate results
• Excellent organizational, verbal, and written communication skills (English
