Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Recruiter at BangMetric Services in Noida. As a Recruiter, you will be responsible for sourcing and attracting top talent, conducting interviews, and evaluating candidates. You will also collaborate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and develop effective recruiting strategies. Additionally, you will communicate with candidates throughout the hiring process to ensure a positive experience.
