• Certified ServiceNow Administrator & ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist
• Configuration/Development knowledge of Incident Management, Problem Management, Change Management, Release Management, Knowledge Management, Asset management, CMDB, Service Requests and SLM
• Fair understanding of content management, developing ESS Page.
• Excellent verbal and written communication capabilities with the ability to interact and influence at all levels of the organization.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to logically break down a problem into smaller manageable parts to solve. Good to have
• Extensive knowledge of JavaScript and
• Familiarity with SQL, HTML and CSS.
