JD for Developer:

• Designing, developing, and implementing solutions on the ServiceNow platform for IT Service Management and automating business processes.

• Supporting and maintaining ServiceNow modules for Incidents, Changes, Problems and Agent chat across the organization.

• Designing and development of Integration with internal and external systems using Out of the box and custom implementations using REST, JavaScript and GlideAjax.

• Leading efforts on CMDB, Hardware and Software Asset Management implementations.

• Custom app development on ServiceNow platform by identifying and translating... requirements for IT and business needs.

• 7+ yrs experience with ServiceNow in ITSM / Integrations/ ITAM / ITOM.

• ServiceNow Certified System Administrator and ServiceNow Flow Designer Micro Certification

• Designed, developed, and implemented several integrations (OOB and custom using REST)

• Supported Hardware Asset Management, Software Asset Management implementations.

JD for Analyst:

5 – 8 Years Experience

• 5+ years of experiencing working in IT Service Management

• Strong working knowledge of ServiceNow Configuration Management Database (CMDB)

• Strong experience working with scripts and APIs to manage CMDB data

• Experience with ServiceNow Hardware Asset Management (HAM) application and integration with CMDB

• Thorough understanding of asset lifecycle states and minimum required fields for each state

• Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Excel formulas, functions, queries

• Strong interpersonal skills such as active listening, communication, flexibility, and teamwork

• Working knowledge of asset audits

• Ability to manage and document the full lifecycle of customer incidents and requests

• May assist in the business process redesign activities

• May aid in business case development (i.e., research, data collection)

• May develop user test cases and validate test results during testing
