Job Title: ServiceNow Developer

Location: Hyderabad (must work in Singapore time zone, 2 hours ahead of IST)

Experience:

• Minimum 5 years of experience in ServiceNow development
• Proficiency in at least 2 ServiceNow modules

Skills and Qualifications:

• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
• Certification in CAD - ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (ServiceNow related App Developer certificate)
• Ability to work effectively in a global team, collaborating across time zones
• Proficiency in working in a fast-paced environment, adapting to changing priorities and requirements
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Ability to independently manage and prioritize workload
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies is a plus

Responsibilities:

• Develop, customize, and configure ServiceNow applications and modules to meet business requirements
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, define scope, and design solutions

• Troubleshoot and resolve issues reported by users
• Provide support and guidance to end users on ServiceNow functionality and best practices
• Stay updated on ServiceNow platform releases, new features, and industry trends
• Participate in Agile ceremonies, such as sprint planning, backlog grooming, and retrospectives
