Location: Pune/ Hyderabad

Description

• 3-6 years of ServiceNow development experience (ITSM & ASSET MANAGEMENT preferred)
• MUST be CSA or CAD Certified
• MUST possess good communication skills

Duties/Responsibilities

• MUST have hands-on experience (technical)
• MUST have worked on minimum 1 Implementation.
• Develop and implement custom scoped application.
• Move configuration and development changes from Dev to Test to Prod using SN update sets.
• Reporting and Dashboards
• Configuration of Virtual Agent
• Create and configure workflows / Flow designer based on the business requirements and best practices.
• Perform integration between ServiceNow and other customer business systems.
• Create/ Manage all SN objects like Tables, Business rules, Client Scripts, UI Actions, UI Policies, Script Includes, UI pages, UI macros, etc.
• Create/ Manage web portals used by internal and external clients, using... JavaScript, BootStrap / Angular
• Participate in problem-solving during ServiceNow development, testing and production.

Participate in deploying and validating ServiceNow patches/updates and new versions of the platform.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science or equivalent

Knowledge on Service management processes and ITIL
