Location: Across LTIMindtree Pan India location

Experience: 5 to 15yrs

Skills: ServiceNow SAM Pro -ITAM

• Candidate must have 5+ years of overall ServiceNow experience
• Hands-on design, development and deployment experience with the ServiceNow platform
• ServiceNow implementation experience in ITSM modules (Incident, Problem, Change, CMDB & Asset)
• Well versed with ServiceNow scripting
• Candidate must have 2+ years of ServiceNow CMDB & Asset Management experience
• SAMPro Implementation experience
• Exposure to licensing, publisher packs
• Detailed understanding and oversight of data sources for inventory usage, contract entitlement and data maintenance, user management and enablement, data integrity, compliance analysis, renewal/milestone calendaring, and innovative reporting solutions
• Must have good communication skills
