ServiceNow developer

Role: ServiceNow Lead(Expertise in OMT, ITSM and CMDB)

Location: UK reading and London hybrid Trevel.

Type: Permanent

Must Have: Telecom Domain experience.

Requirements and Skills:

• Development Experience: Prior experience as a Developer or Designer is a prerequisite, with a documented history of prosperous project executions.
• A solid command of various ServiceNow TMT components is essential, encompassing ITSM, FSM, TNI, OMT, SPM, and TSOM.
• A minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience working with TelCo clients, particularly within the OSS Domain, covering Service Assurance, Fulfilment, Activation, Plan & Build, OM, and Field Services Management.
• A minimum of 2 hands-on implementations with the ServiceNow platform, ideally beyond ITSM.
• Exceptional problem-solving skills, coupled with the capacity to dissect intricate technical challenges.
• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities are indispensable for successful collaboration with diverse teams.
• Possession of... ServiceNow certifications is an advantage and will be highly regarded.
