Contract Delivery Manager - ServiceNow

WA Consultants is currently recruiting for an experienced Delivery Manager for an initial 6-month contract.

The successful candidate will be responsible for the day-to-day delivery of the 'Transforming Service Management' strategic action, supported by a committed and knowledgeable team of service and product management professionals and working in partnership with Senior Stakeholders across the organisation.

To ensure the organisation has the required governance frameworks, adaptive cadence, and opportunity for knowledge share to existing employees for effective delivery of a critical multi-year programme of work.

Areas of focus include, but are not limited to:

• Service Management Practices and Product Management knowledge
• Data Governance/Management.
• CSDM (Common Service Data Model) and the ServiceNow platform.
• Adaptation of ITSM best practice focused on value and solving current business problems.
• Improvement of process across the Critical Service value chain... (identification methodology, SLA, OLA, UPC, resource and supplier alignment).
• Background in Project/Programme management desirable (PRINCE2/Agile/MSP)
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills with ability to produce status updates and wider comms and to support Change Management activities.
• Experience in Digital Transformation and managing operating model changes across Product and Service areas.
