Mid-Level ServiceNow Developer

Position Description

About the role :

As a ServiceNow Mid-Level Developer, you will play a vital role in our dynamic IT team, responding to design, development, and solutions maintenance needs on the ServiceNow platform. This role is ideal for someone with a strong foundation in ServiceNow development and a desire to contribute to the optimization of IT service management processes. You will work alongside experienced developers and play a key role in enhancing our/client's ServiceNow estate.

 ServiceNow Certified Application Developer certification preferred.

 3 - 5+ years of experience as a ServiceNow developer or in a similar role.

 Basic understanding of IT service management (ITSM) processes.

 Experience working on some/all the applications listed here – ITSM, ITOM, ITAM, SecOps, ITBM, CSM and FSM.

 Proficiency in JavaScript, HTML, CSS, Angular JS and other web technologies.

 Familiarity with ServiceNow scripting, including Business Rules, Script Includes, client... scripts, workflows, Flow-Designers.

 Proficiency in Service Catalog development.

 Hands-on experience with ServiceNow UI builder.

 Experience in implementing integration with multiple third-party tools.

 Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.

 Effective communication and teamwork abilities.

 Eagerness to learn and adapt to new ServiceNow features and best practices.
