Job Title: ServiceNow Developer/Administrator
Experience: 7-10 years
Job Description:
We are seeking a skilled and knowledgeable individual proficient in various modules of ServiceNow, including IT Service Management (ITSM).
As a ServiceNow Developer/Administrator, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing solutions within the ServiceNow platform to meet business requirements efficiently.
Responsibilities:
· Develop and maintain ServiceNow solutions, including but not limited to Business Rules, Script Includes, Client Scripting, Workflows, Flow Designer, and Event Management.
· Configure email notifications, integrate with third-party tools, and design intuitive portals to enhance user experience.
· Implement LDAP integration, Service Catalog, Reporting, Configuration Management Database (CMDB), and facilitate data and application migration.
· Proactively analyze system performance issues, identify bottlenecks, and implement performance... enhancements.
· Ensure adherence to ServiceNow best practices in development, including Access Control Lists (ACL), UI Policies/Actions, web services, and security best practices.
· Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
· Serve as a team player, providing support and expertise to colleagues, and contribute to the continuous improvement of processes and practices.
Requirements:
· Proficiency in ServiceNow platform with experience in ITSM.
· Strong technical skills in ServiceNow development, including Business Rules, Script Includes, Workflows, and Integration.
· Experience with ServiceNow components such as LDAP integration, Service Catalog, Reporting, CMDB, and Data Migration.
· Ability to troubleshoot and resolve system performance issues effectively.
· Familiarity with ServiceNow best practices and development methodologies.
· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively in a team environment.
· Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a proactive approach to identifying and addressing technical challenges.
Preferred Qualifications:
· ServiceNow certifications (e.g., Certified Application Developer, Certified System Administrator) are a plus.
· Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
· Knowledge of ITIL framework and practices.
