The role

As a Senior ServiceNow Consultant (gn) in team Managed Service Delivery you will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing solutions that leverage the ServiceNow platform with a focus... on Customer Service Management (CSM) module. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, design solutions, and ensure successful implementation and adoption.

The Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions on the ServiceNow platform
• Design and architect solutions for Customer Service Management (CSM) modules for our Software & Cloud Services with a strong emphasis on security, authentication and scalability
• Develop custom applications, integrations, and configurations to meet business needs, leveraging best practices and industry standards
• Create UI elements and automation to meet business needs, utilizing ServiceNow's development tools and scripting capabilities
• Stay current on ServiceNow platform updates, new features, and industry trends, and recommend best practices for implementation
• Conduct code reviews, performance optimization, and troubleshooting to ensure the quality and stability of solutions
• Implement system integrations to ensure seamless data flow between ServiceNow and other systems or third-party applications
• Ensures that the configurations or customizations meet the requirements by providing automated tests with the integrated Automated Testing Framework of ServiceNow
• Reviews requirements and develops technical design documents
• Troubleshoot and debug technical issues as they arise during development and testing phases

What We Need To See From You

your experience & knowledge

• Proven experience (6+ years) as a ServiceNow Consultant with a focus on CSM and ITSM
• Proficiency in ServiceNow development, including JavaScript, HTML, CSS and APIs
• Hands-on experience with ServiceNow platform configuration, customization, and administration, with a focus on implementing secure authentication mechanisms and scalable architecture
• Feel comfortable with planning and implementing automated test in Service Now (ATF)
• Solid understanding of the application development lifecycle process in ServiceNow
• Experience in cloud technologies (e.g. AWS, Azure) is a plusShould have worked on Agile methodologies

• Excellent communication skills, especially in English.
