ServiceNow Developer (PPM)

The ServiceNow Project Portfolio Management (PPM) Lead role is experienced in leading the advisory, development, and implementation of ServiceNow Information Technology Service Management (ITSM) and ServiceNow Strategic Portfolio Management (SPM, formerly ITBM) solutions.

Primary responsibilities include:

• Providing Domain Expertise (SME) mentorship for ServiceNow SPM Management solutions

• Ensuring a fit-for-purpose design of SPM solutions

• Understanding and interpreting requirements

• Development of related process documentation

• Understanding the technical nuances of how the ServiceNow platform works

What You Bring:

Qualifications:

• Several 1+ years of experience in implementing the ServiceNow SPM suite of products, primarily the PPM application, but 5+ years of overall ServiceNow experience

• Experience in development and implementation of ITSM & SPM solutions

• Experience in development and implementation of client-facing documentation

• Superb... communication skills (verbal and written)

• Able to work independently and demonstrate initiative through pro-active behavior

• Participates in and/or leads diagnosis and fixing of problems within area of expertise

• Identifies and fixes the root cause rather than just symptoms

• Listens and ensures understanding of the client requirements to be able to support the design of appropriate solutions.

• Works with peer team to develop and promote solution
