Job Description:

Responsibilities:

1. Lead the end-to-end technical design and implementation of ServiceNow solutions, including configuration, customization, and integration with other systems.

2. Work closely with stakeholders to gather requirements, assess business needs, and translate them into technical solutions.

3. Architect scalable and sustainable ServiceNow solutions that meet stakeholders' current and future needs.

4. Provide technical leadership and guidance to project teams, including developers and administrators.

5. Conduct thorough technical reviews and ensure compliance with best practices and standards.

6. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions on time and within budget.

7. Stay current with... ServiceNow platform updates, features, and best practices, and share knowledge with the team.

8. Act as a subject matter expert on ServiceNow architecture and design principles.

Requirements:

1. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field. Master's degree preferred.

2. Minimum of 10 years of experience working with the ServiceNow platform, with a focus on architecture and design.

3. ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) and Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS) certifications preferred.

4. Proven track record of successfully delivering complex ServiceNow projects, from design to implementation.

5. Strong understanding of IT Service Management (ITSM) and IT Operations Management (ITOM) processes and best practices.

6. Experience with ServiceNow integration technologies (e.g., REST, SOAP, MID Server).

7. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage with stakeholders at all levels.

8. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen attention to detail.

9. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.
