Mandatory skills

• 5 + years of experience as a ServiceNow
• Act as a liaison with each of the manufacturing site from the CMDB (Configuration Management Database)perspective
• Provide guidance on CMDB Data when asked by the manufacturing site SME.
• Review data loading sheets when submitted via the CMDB Request portal.
• Ensure new Manufacturer & Product Models are entered in the core data product table manually or through data loads.
• Interact with the manufacturing site SME... when data clarification is needed.
• Anticipated involvement per site is 2-3 days.
• Manual data entry for Manufacturing Applications and device mappings in phase 2
• Support other CMDB administration during times of low project activity.
